February’s auction once again proved to be a highly successful event, with all bar two of our lots sold.
Some of our highlights include the sale of a garage in Brighton for over double the guide price, a 5% yield produced for a commercial investment and a great figure of £455,000 fetched for an unmodernised residential property.
