When we think about a property being sold by Auction, it congers up thoughts of a run down, unloved & possibly problematic property – but that isn’t always the case!
Our September Auction was proof of that – we were instructed to sell two stunning apartments in the city, located in Second Avenue and Brunswick Square – both beautifully presented, spacious & in sort after locations. Following multiple viewings & incredibly positive feedback from our applicants we successfully sold both apartments under a 28-day auction contracts just prior to the Auction date.
