As a company we continue to evolve – we’re not in the business of standing still – we were excited to expand our Auction Department in 2016, becoming ‘Auction House Sussex & Hampshire’.

We are again looking to the future – how can we as ‘Auction House Sussex & Hampshire’ best serve our Auction clients. We’re delighted to announce that we will continue to undertake our Regional Auctions with our Auctioneer, Stewart Gray – Senior Partner of Austin Gray at the rostrum, bringing the excitement of the Auction room as he has for over 40 years – in addition to which, we can also confirm we will be offering Auction lots in the National Auctions, which are run by Auction House every week.
As the only Auctioneers in Sussex & Hampshire offering both styles of Auction – it will provide the platform for our vendors to achieve a sale to both local, national & international purchasers at a frequency that will enable us all to respond to the ever-evolving market at a pace second to none.

Our aim is to move forward in the second half of 2023 and build upon our successes of the first half of the year;

  • Raising over £18m in Auction & Private Treaty sales for our clients, in the first 6 months of 2023.
  • Selling a wide variety of lots from houses/flats/garages/storerooms/plots of land/commercial investments/unbroken freeholds/portfolio disposals and ground rent investments …..
  • Expanding our database of applicants beyond the 7000+ – registered with us and looking to purchase at Auction with us.
  • Selling lots with a guide price of £10,000 through to £3,000,000 +
  • Bringing properties to Auction throughout Sussex & Hampshire – as far afield as Hastings in the East, the Surrey border to the North & Weymouth to the West.
  • Working with clients across the globe – from Dubai, South Africa, Paraguay, Australia, New Zealand & Germany – mastering many a time zone!
  • Working with clients be they a family looking for their next home, Companies, buy to let investors, developers etc
  • Maintaining the pace of the Auction process in our capacity as Auctioneers, with the authority to draw up and sign/exchange contracts on behalf of both buyer & seller.
  • Achieving pre/post Auction sales in less than 4 hours from offer accepted to exchange of contracts.
  • AND IMPORTANTLY, holding National & Regional Auctions to keep up with our client’s property requirements.
