Pembroke Crescent This case involved acting for Freeholders (a Charitable Trust) on 2 lease extensions within a freehold they owned-with only 25 year remaining on their leases. Unusually only 50 year leases were granted 25 years ago.

Sussex Heights We started with a bulk 60 flat lease extension acting for leaseholders in this substantial block which also included a superior Head Lease. Subsequently we have undertaken at least 30 further lease extensions at different times. Interestingly the Head Lease gave a right to extend the Head Lease at the end of the term which impacted on the valuation. Most of sub leaseholders were also shareholders in the Head lease company.

Bedford Towers Another large block incapable of being enfranchised so the leaseholders, to protect their diminishing leases had to extend them in bulk. We were instructed by at least 45 flat owners via a steering commitee to prepare valuations and to negotiate with the freeholders.
