Young Lee have been established since 2001, two of the partners, Susan Gray and Juliette
Smith have over 20 years experience in Brighton, Hove and the surrounding areas. Young Lee
are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and have two offices, one at
‘the Seven dials’, overseen by Susan Gray and one in Kemp town overseen by Juliette Smith,
so both offices have the partners in attendance, which they feel is a necessity for efficient,
‘hands on’ running of the company.
